Machine Operation Check the production plan for shift. Collect raw materials for the production run. Collect product for processing. Place colours into pans (five pans) and start the panning machine. Stop the machine and add raw materials to ensure to smooth finish to product. Start the machine to ensure product attains smooth finish according to specification. Place products on a tray for next stage in the production process. Complete SIC documentation during shift. Contact Manager in the event of a breakdown or mechanical failure. Quality Ensure alignment of all work process to the required quality standards. Proactively identify continual improvement opportunities. Action agreed quality initiatives.
