**Pallet Repair Tech**

**Position Summary**

The Pallet Repair Technician / Pallet Builder is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and rebuilding damaged pallets to return them to service-ready condition. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by restoring pallets efficiently and safely before preparing them for shipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Inspect inbound pallets for damage and determine appropriate repair methods
+ Repair and rebuild pallets using proper tools and techniques to meet quality standards
+ Verify completed pallets meet company specifications and customer requirements
+ Accurately complete all required production paperwork
+ Maintain production efficiency and meet established repair quotas after training
+ Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards
+ Stack and organize repaired pallets according to inventory guidelines
