**Job Description**

This role focuses on exterior painting of residential and multi-unit buildings, with an emphasis on stucco walls and wood trim. Y

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare exterior surfaces, including stucco walls and wood trim, by sanding, scraping, cleaning, and caulking as needed.
+ Perform paint prep work such as masking, covering, and protecting adjacent surfaces and areas from overspray or drips.
+ Apply paint using a spray gun, brushes, and rollers to achieve an even, high-quality finish on all assigned surfaces.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proven experience with exterior painting on stucco walls and wood trim.
+ Hands-on experience with paint preparation, including sanding, masking, and surface cleaning.
+ Ability to operate and control a spray gun for exterior painting applications.
+ Capability to perform basic drywall-related tasks such as minor patching and prepping.
