**Overview**

We are seeking a skilled **Painter** to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes for commercial or residential properties. **Responsibilities**

+ Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming walls and other surfaces
+ Apply paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or other coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
+ Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors and finishes
+ Repair cracks, holes, and other surface imperfections prior to painting
+ Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, tape, and masking materials
