Job Description
The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing, priming, and painting heavy equipment components and assembled units, including grapple trucks, grapple loaders, and knuckle boom loaders. This role ensures high-quality finishes that meet company standards for durability, corrosion resistance, and appearance while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, blasting, masking, and applying fillers as needed.
+ Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings using spray guns and other application methods.
+ Apply industrial coatings to metal parts and fully assembled heavy equipment.
+ Inspect finished surfaces to ensure proper coverage, thickness, and quality standards.
+ Maintain paint equipment, booths, and tools in safe working condition.
