Job Title: Paint Finish Operator
Location: Holdrege, NE
Pay: $17.50/hour
Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Thursday, 6: 00 AM 4: 45 PM
Overtime: Fridays as needed

Position Overview
We are hiring a dependable Paint Finish Operator to support production in a fast-paced paint department. This role is responsible for preparing parts, operating along the finishing conveyor line and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the coating process.
Key Responsibilities

• 
  Prepare parts for powder coating by masking, sanding and completing prep work
  
• 
  Hang and remove materials from the conveyor line
  
• 
  Operate hoists and lifts to move parts safely
  
• 
  Inspect parts for defects before and after finishing and report issues
