Become a Certified Nursing Assistant with Essentia Health – No-Cost Training Opportunity!The Essentia Health Northern Pines Care Center team is excited to partner with Advanced Minnesota to offer free Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training for individuals interested in beginning a rewarding career in healthcare.This program covers the full cost of education and the certification exam required to become a CNA. **Education Qualifications:**

This is a Flex position (0.6-0.9) - 24-36hr per week.

**Rate of Pay:**

+ **$15.00/hour during training**
+ **CNA wage** upon certification, based on Essentia Health Virginia Care Center’s CNA pay scale
