A day in the life

As a Paid Media Supervisor, you’ll own the performance, strategy, and growth of major multi‑channel paid media accounts. Working closely with the Associate Media Director for high‑level planning and direction, you’ll lead all day‑to‑day execution, optimization, and reporting. You’ll be the subject‑matter expert in both internal and client meetings—driving strategy, presenting recommendations with confidence, and defending the work with data. You’ll guide an internal team to deliver smart, integrated paid media strategies across channels, ensuring our clients see real, sustained growth. This is a client‑facing role, and your ability to lead conversations, shape direction, and influence outcomes is at the center of your impact.
