Paid Media Manager (Contract-to-Hire) | Hybrid/Remote Flex | Lincolnton, NC
Weβre seeking a Paid Media Manager to step into a high-impact role owning strategy, execution, and optimization across digital advertising channels. This position is ideal for someone who can quickly assess existing performance, identify gaps, and elevate paid media ROI across a multi-channel environment.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with strong visibility across leadership and the chance to directly influence digital growth strategy.
Responsibilities
+ Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), geofencing, and other digital platforms
+ Evaluate current campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and conversion rates
+ Develop and refine paid media strategy across B2B-focused initiatives (with some B2C exposure)
