• Ensure compliance with customer packaging requirements, prevent claims and penalties, develop proposals based on specifications.
• Update, document, and approve packaging standards in customer portals; implement changes and manage prototypes.
• Coordinate packaging trials with suppliers, ensuring schedule adherence and review/approval of SPAR documents.
• Monitor daily shipments, resolve packaging-related reports from customers, manage internal HIE documents.
• Manage departmental KPIs, plan personnel succession, calculate fleet packaging quantities per process.
