Location: Bangalore
Experience: 3+ Years
We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling OMS Developer with strong expertise in Sterling NextGen Call Center and Order Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and extend Sterling Commerce APIs, databases, UIs, user exits, and agents
Build and maintain Sterling web services and API integrations
Work on configuration deployment toolkit and deployment activities
Customize and extend Order Hub functionality
Develop and enhance NextGen IBM Sterling Call Center interfaces and APIs
Implement order, payment, fulfillment, and call center workflows
