PACE Director of Center Operations, RN

The Central Valley PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Director of Center Operations (DCO) is responsible for managing all operational aspects for one regional PACE center and associated Alternative Care Site's (ACS's) served by multiple PACE Interdisciplinary Teams (IDT's) to achieve optimum access to services, excellent customer service, quality, cost, and delivery performance in line with the PACE Mission, strategic goals and values, and serves as the liaison between Center, Support Service Management and leadership. This position will provide support to Center, ACS's and Support Service Managers including Clinic/Day Center, Transportation, Home Care, Therapies, Nutrition, 24/7 Nurse Line, Quality, and Social/Behavioral Health to ensure equitable distribution of resources across multiple IDT's.
