Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised PA to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director.


This is a pivotal role offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our company requiring strong organisational skills. 


Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including emails, logging customer and supplier data and managing correspondence on behalf of the MD

  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.

  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism.

  • Assist with the compliance side by keeping vehicle information, mots, services up to date.

  • Ensure accurate data entry into various systems while maintaining confidentiality.
