SWRP are recruiting on behalf of a growing and evolving business for a PA / Executive Assistant to support the Group Managing Director, based in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
The Role
You'll provide high‑level, day‑to‑day support to a busy Group Managing Director during an exciting period of change and growth. With ambitious plans over the next five years, this role is key in ensuring the MD's time is effectively managed and focused on the areas that matter most.
This is a fast‑paced and highly varied position, requiring a confident and organised individual who can act as a gatekeeper, build strong relationships across the business, and operate with discretion and professionalism.
