**Veterinary Receptionist – Overnight**

We are seeking an experienced **Client Service Coordinator (CSC)** to join our team to support Overnight shifts!

**We require previous veterinary medicine experience. We prefer a candidate who is interested in elevating their career in Vet Med.**

**What You’ll Do**

+ Provide high-level reception support in a busy emergency and specialty hospital
+ Greet clients, check in patients, and manage front desk flow during overnight hours
+ Answer phones and support client communication with professionalism and empathy
+ Assist with estimates, invoices, and financial discussions
+ Communicate clearly with medical teams to support patient care and workflow
+ Maintain accurate documentation and front desk processes during high-stress periods
+ Help create a calm, organized, and supportive experience for clients during urgent situations
