The Arc of Ocean County is seeking dependable and compassionate Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide awake overnight support within residential group homes serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Ocean County, New Jersey.

This position is ideal for individuals who are attentive, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe and supportive overnight environment while assisting residents with their needs during evening and early morning hours.
Position Details

+ Schedule: Overnight Awake Shift | 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

+ Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

+ Location: Ocean County, NJ

+ Pay Rate: Starting at $20.20 per hour

+ Additional Earnings: Opportunities for shift differentials and overtime may increase earnings up to $24.20 per hour
