Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage subject engines in the shop to achieve business requirements in terms of quality, cost and delivery.
  • Evaluate and report service-run engine part conditions.
  • Identify and analyse both engineering and commercial trends.
  • Provide quality assurance support to the shop and to Rolls-Royce Customer teams.
  • Participate in engineering investigations as required.
  • Support & enable planning activity, including Turn-Time improvement governance.
  • Ensure operational activity is compliant with business plans and policies and resolve deviations as necessary.
  • Work as part of a multi-skilled team and contribute across a range of functional activity, such as planning and logistics, risk management, supply chain management, load capacity planning, cost control and customer/supplier relationship management
