  • 1.Outsourcing Strategy Development & Management: Develop DSS Virtual Plant Outsourcing Strategy - capable supplier base with Capacity/Quality/Technology
  • a.DSS Product Requirements Collection
  • b.Lead Outsourcing Strategy Development and Management
  • c.Collaborate with cross functional team to execute the strategy to better support the business needs
  • 2.Operation Excellence: Lead Virtual Plant OpEx activities
  • a.Best practices sharing

  • c.Identify and work with project champions to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful completion of a saving project
