Some examples include CSSF Circular 22/806 (Luxembourg), EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing and FCA SYSC 8 (UK), and MAS Guidelines on Outsourcing (Singapore).

We are seeking an experienced Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) professional to join our Account Compliance team as an Outsourcing Risk Manager. This role requires demonstrated expertise in conducting outsourcing risk assessments for regulated financial institutions, with specific knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing critical and important outsourcing arrangements.
