If you are a passionate, patient and creative Teacher, Tutor or TA with teaching qualifications and experience with SEN learners, we want to hear from you! As an outreach Tutor for Chalkline, you would be considered an agency worker. There is no need register as self-employed, but if you prefer it that way, we can still work with you.

As an Outreach Tutor, you will be expected to adapt your approach to the individual you are working with, and have the ability to quickly develop rapport with children and young people in order to support them in a way that works for them, and allows them to achieve their potential. You will need to have an excellent understanding of SEND, have strong behaviour management skills and be proactive. Your role will involve tutoring and supporting children and ensuring that information is retained before the end of each session.
