Position Summary:
Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic is seeking a highly motivated Outpatient Psychiatrist to help grow outpatient behavioral health services in Hopkinsville, KY. This role offers strong clinical and administrative support in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation & Benefits:


+ Year 1 guaranteed base salary: $350,000

+ Sign-on bonus: $75,000

+ Additional earning potential: Psychiatrists typically earn $400,000–$500,000+ based on productivity

Practice Setting:
This outpatient role focuses on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and ongoing treatment in a team-based setting that includes:
