Job Function:


  • Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting

  • Develop and progress individualized plans of care

  • Treat a wide variety of conditions including ortho, neuro, and vestibular cases

  • Complete documentation using Prompt EMR

  • Collaborate with a close‑knit clinical team

  • Provide occasional coverage at nearby clinics as needed

  • Active New York State Physical Therapist license

  • New graduates encouraged to apply

  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, not required

  • Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented approach
