Position Purpose:

+ The Occupational Therapist provides evaluation and treatment of patients referredforoccupational therapy services. The Occupational Therapist communicates and collaborates with other caregivers to provide quality care andmaintainaccuratepatient records.

What You Will Do:

+ Performs occupational therapy evaluation,establishesand implements treatment plan for patients referred by a provider and assigned by the manager, clinical coordinator, or designee.

+ Evaluates, provides, or constructs patient adaptive equipment or splints. Provides patient/family/health providers with training/education for complianceofuse/wear/precautions.

+ DocumentsaccuratelyOT evaluation results, treatment interventions,patient'sprogress toward goals and discharge records.
