Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Part-time; Day Shift

Windsor Laurelwood is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time day shift. At Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine, we provide behavioral health treatment services for adults, adolescents, and children. The Outpatient Nurse has primary responsibility for the day-to-day medical aspect of the Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs (Adult Mental Health, Adult Dual Diagnosis, Adult Recovery, and Adolescent). In addition to signing off on physician's orders, he/she must also demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to implement the patient's treatment plan; complete the medication reconciliation forms for all applicable PHP/IOP patients at admission and discharge, conduct education groups when necessary utilizing a variety of treatment modalities; communicate with referral sources, outside community providers, and family members as needed; and participating in di...
