ROVR Outsourcing partners with industries including bookkeeping, trades, recruitment, and professional services, with a strong focus on providing high-quality staffing solutions while maintaining a hands-on, relationship-driven approach. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound cold calling to Australian small business owners. The position focuses on starting genuine conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking discovery meetings for the Founder. The role is highly performance-driven and best suited for someone who thrives in outbound sales, handles rejection well, and can build rapport naturally without sounding scripted or overly corporate.
