Job Description
As an Outbound Partner Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new partners through proactive outbound prospecting. Instead of relying on inbound requests, you will build your own pipeline by identifying, contacting, and engaging potential partners such as IT consultancies, software houses, and system integrators across Indonesia.
Your goal is to convert these prospects into active Odoo partners by understanding their business, presenting our partnership model, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospect and generate new partner leads via outbound channels (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, calls, events)
- Qualify potential partners, assessing their business model, market fit, and ability to sell/implement Odoo
- Consultatively design partnership proposals β tailored packages and incentives β and negotiate contracts
