We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented candidate to join our team family. The ideal candidate will oversee inbound, outbound, and Sort Center activities, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach. Candidate has to be working currently in OB role in Amazon FC or other external FCs

Key job responsibilities
– Manage daily operations for outbound, inbound and Sort Center processes
– Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures
– Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
– Identify and implement process improvements.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
– Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
