Job Description

What you will do

As an Outbound Logistics Executive, you will:

  • Plan logistics for all shipments in line with requirements and in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage multiple lines of communication between factory, customers, logistics service providers, and other stakeholders

  • Ensure the integrity of import/export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and other statutory documents

  • Ensure on-time completion and compliance of outbound/inbound shipment process flow in TMS and related systems

  • Continually review shipment schedules and report exceptions to relevant stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with trade and destination requirements on legal, transportation, and customs authority matters
