Job Description

What you will do

As our Outbound Logistics Executive will do:


Drive daily logistics operation:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery processes including factory dispatch, port operations, customs clearance, inland transportation, and delivery to customer sites.

  • Monitor ETD/ETA and shipment milestones closely to ensure accuracy of customer delivery dates.

  • Verify and check logistics-related invoices, ensuring alignment with shipment records, service delivery, and contracted rates before processing.

  • Handle and resolve operational issues in real time with ports, customs brokers, shipping lines, and trucking companies.

  • Ensure safety and compliance in all logistics activities, both internal and external.

  • Maintain timely and accurate reporting of outbound KPIs, including OTIF, service deviations, and logistics cost performance.
