Outbound Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Email)About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified leads and book sales appointments through cold email campaigns.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with modern outbound tools such as Instantly, Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You should understand prospect segmentation, data enrichment, email deliverability, campaign optimization, and appointment generation.

This is a highly performance-oriented role where success is measured by qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated.

ResponsibilitiesProspect Research & List Building

• Build highly targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
• Research and identify decision-makers including Founders, CEOs, CTOs, VP-level executives, and department heads
• Use Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other data sources to source and enrich prospect data
