Job Title: Outbound Caller - Mortgage Industry

Location: Hybrid – Based in Medellín, Colombia

Full-Time | Sales & Customer Engagement

Salary: COP 3,000,000 - 4,000,000 (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct cold and warm outbound calls to former mortgage clients
• Qualify leads and identify refinancing opportunities
• Follow up with leads via phone to move them through the sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and customer interactions

Who You Are

• 1+ year of experience in outbound or cold calling (preferably in sales or financial services)
• Skilled in lead follow-up and conversion over the phone
• Strong communicator with a professional English level
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Based in Medellín and open to a hybrid work model
