* Call coverage based on schedule gaps, not continuous Clinical Details
* Inpatient and outpatient ENT practice
* Bread-and-butter otolaryngology required
* General and endoscopic ENT procedures
* Assigned patient rounding
* 20+ patients per shift
* 30+ beds in department
* EMR system Epic
* Beeper call with 20-minute response time Requirements
* Board Certified Otolaryngology
* Active Wisconsin license or IMLC
* BLS required
* Hospital privileges required
