Job Description

• Factory Test: Develop and implement comprehensive Over-the-Air (OTA) factory test plans and stations to support mass production requirements.
• Performance Validation: Conduct rigorous testing of antenna and wireless OTA performance, with a focus on measuring Total Radiated Power (TRP) and Total Isotropic Sensitivity (TIS).
• Chamber Management: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of anechoic chambers to ensure consistent operational excellence.
• Analysis & Collaboration: Perform root cause analysis for failed units during engineering builds and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Compliance, to optimize radiated performance.
