Unit Notes
Department: Occupational Therapist
Occupational Therapist (CHI St Anthony)
Oregon License Required
# of patients treated per day 12
General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Orthopedic . CVA, MS, head injury Orthopedics will be primary 80-100%
Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, transitional care. Outpatient.
What areas are they required to cover? OP Ortho
Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Orthopedics, Hands, elbows, shoulders.
OT Manager/Supervisor: John Airoldi
Rehab Aides: COTA's Aides, no COTA
Shifts & Scheduling: 4 10 hour days - Monday through Thursday
Weekend Requirement: no
Vacation Requirement: no
Scrub Color/Dress Code: No denim, yes scrubs
Department specific orientation: Yes
Additional Notes: ReDoc documentation for OP Meditech for acute
Additional Questions: Lymphedema training would be a plus.
