**Responsibilities**

+ Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and enterprise applications using SCCM, Intune, and related Microsoft 365 tools.
+ Assist with patch management, software distribution, image creation, and endpoint compliance monitoring.
+ Troubleshoot endpoint issues, perform routine maintenance, and escalate complex problems to senior staff as needed.
+ Contribute to automation and reporting initiatives while supporting system security and performance.
+ Work under the direction of the Lead and help ensure reliable, secure, and compliant endpoint services across the organization.
