Role Overview

The OSC Specialist (Singapore) is a technical support role focused on the provision of customer support and production‑level operational oversight of Cboe’s Data Vantage market data and analytics platforms. The role primarily supports the Hanweck platform and will expand coverage to the full suite of Data Vantage products, with occasional support for the Cboe Titanium trading platform. Operating within Cboe’s follow‑the‑sun model, the Specialist provides overnight and early‑session coverage from Singapore to ensure continuous, high‑availability operations across Cboe’s data and trading infrastructure.
