**Job Summary and Qualifications**

To provide specialized orthopedic and bariatric care and coordination under the supervision of the director or designee or under MD supervision in compliance with hospital policies and procedures. The coordinator functions on the multidisciplinary team as an advocate, interpreter, educator, and counselor for orthopedic and bariatric patients. She/he is responsible for ensuring all orthopedic and bariatric patients receive quality and comprehensive services.
