- Beds: 11 OR rooms
- Call Back: 10%
- Call Ratio: 1:2
- Phone Consults: 5
- Patients Seen: 4
- Admissions: 4
- Board certified or eligible
- Licensed in Missouri
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
