Responsibilities
:Provide outpatient and occasional inpatient care to patients seeking diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions, working alongside of licensed surgical and non-surgical physicians. Provide quality care, conduct diagnostic testing, and administer appropriate treatments by following evidence-based care pathways.Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team (including physicians, nutritionist, social worker, physical therapist, etc.) to develop and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans for patients. Counsel patients on clinical issues and treatment plans including non-operative and operative interventions. Develop strong working relationships with referring providers and keep them informed about patient treatment plans and progress, as appropriate.Participate in ongoing quality assurance audits and provide real-time feedback to improve patient care.
