Functieomschrijving

  • Als orthopedagoog sta je in voor de ontwikkeling en opvolging van het orthopedagogisch leefklimaat in de groepen.
  • Je coacht de verschillende teams in hun pedagogisch handelen.
  • Je volgt cliënt-trajecten met oog voor continuïteit van begeleiding en zorgzaam vasthouden, dit zowel individueel als in groep.
  • Je ondersteunt het werken met individuele handelingsplanning. In complexe situaties stuur je het multidisciplinaire proces.
  • Je maakt deel uit van het experten team.
  • Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling, uitvoering en opvolging van het pedagogisch beleid van de organisatie.
  • Je bent een schakel in het leggen van contacten en bouwt deze interne en externe op.

  • Je behaalde een master diploma in de pedagogische wetenschappen of in de psychologie.
  • Je kent of hebt ervaring met de doelgroep ASS.
