Orthopedic Surgery Physician Assistant Opportunity

HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is seeking an orthopedic surgery PA with first assist interests or experience to assist a busy, employed orthopedic surgeon in southeast Houston, TX. Position is open to new grad PAs interested in orthopedic surgery. Qualified candidates:

• The surgeon will train a new grad or will welcome a PA with orthopedic surgery experience.
• Certification as a PA
• Ability to obtain or maintain an active Texas medical license
• New grad PAs will be considered - but must have strong orthopedic experience or passion for orthopedic surgery.

Responsibilities:

• Run independent clinic alongside attending orthopedic surgeon
• Evaluate independent orthopedic consults in emergency department and on floor at two facilities
