MCW Restaurant Group is looking for an Organization Officer who will play a key role in strengthening our organizational structure, aligning teams, and building a high-performance culture across all concepts.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in the conduct of organization review, restructuring and recommend changes on the organizational chart based on the analysis of the existing organizational structure.
• Monitors and updates of approved Organizational Charts for all functional departments.
• Prepares and regularly updates job descriptions in consultation with Functional Heads.
• Assists in the development and implementation of a result-based performance management system based on the approved KPIs of the managers and supervisors.
• Assists the Functional Heads in setting their annual KPI based on corporate dashboards.
