Our Calgary client is looking for a Organizational Change Specialist. This long-term contract offers the opportunity to support the planning and implementation of a large scale ERP transformation. You will work within a collaborative, Change Management Office and HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning and Development teams to define requirements and document future-state processes that ensure audit compliance and operational safety for a leading organization.
