Job Title: Organizational Change Manager

Location: Remote, CAN (8AM - 5PM ET)

Duration: 6–12 Month contract with (Possibility of extension)

Pay range: $80/hr. to $85/hr. on T4 (all inclusive)

Notes from Manager:

• Develop enterprise level change enablement strategy for platform organization, not project level change management
• Implement framework during contract period to enable effective stakeholder engagement.
• Support 2 main initiatives: platform infrastructure migrations (GitHub, observability tools, ML infrastructure) and agentic development framework rollout to engineers
• 10-15+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives ($10M+ programs)
• Strategic system mindset for organizational level change, not just project execution
• Experience with technical communities (engineers, architects, designers) in software/tech environments
