**Organizational Change Manager – Business Transformation Office**

ICF is seeking an experienced **Organizational Change Manager** to join our **Business Transformation Office (BTO)** — a central team driving strategic corporate initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will partner with operational, technical, and functional leaders to deliver impactful change strategies that enable successful transformation. You will report directly to the Director and play a critical role in shaping how change is managed and embraced across ICF.
