Job Description
The Organisational Development (OD) Co‑ordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Red Rocket’s Organisational Development agenda. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational assistance across OD processes, policies, and systems to ensure seamless execution and accurate record‑keeping. Responsibilities include coordinating learning and development activities, supporting individual development planning, and employee engagement initiatives, administering leadership development logistics, and assisting with Employment Equity and Skills Development reporting requirements. By maintaining organised OD documentation, enabling efficient workflows, and supporting leaders and employees through clear communication and responsive service, the OD Coordinator supports the effective delivery of OD initiatives and contributes to a positive, high‑performing culture.
