Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, or organisational development
• Experience overseeing or managing organisational structures across large multi-site or multi-branch environments (±100 branches)
• Strong experience in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards (Excel / Power BI advantageous)
• Experience with organisational restructuring and succession planning
• Knowledge of job evaluation, role analysis, and workforce planning frameworks
• Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, and influencing skills
• Experience with KPI implementation, talent reviews, and change management
