This position is responsible for all aspects of end-to-end sales order fulfillment, communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure the on-time delivery, and solve all related issues during the whole O2C process. Also, responsible to make sure the Customer master data，Price structure and other system setting up are well maintained by working with internal partners to facilitate all the information.


Main Responsibilities & Tasks

+ Check contract terms and related documents, make sure the contract accuracy.

+ Manage the contracts/agreements / SFDC quotations in file.

+ Create quotation, enter orders, place PO, create delivery slips and invoicing in SAP

+ Follow up the backorder with Manufacture site and headquarters for allocation.

+ Contact with finance dept to ensure the on time unblocking of order/delivery in time.
