Responsibilities

• Greet and Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
• Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases
• Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed
• Responsible for receiving all Goods Issue of customer order subject for delivery and pick up
• Review picking lists and verify order details against the system and customer requirements

Qualifications

• With HS DIPLOMA or Tertiary Level with TOR
• At least 6 months-1 year work experience in retail sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Exceptional customer service skills
