Customer Service Supervisor

You will be responsible for collaborating cross‑functionally to lead a team working to achieve high customer satisfaction from order placement to order fulfillment. This may include key account management, order status, returns, e‑commerce live chat, and customer engagement. The role acts as the direct supervisor to a group of customer service representatives.

• Manage a team of associates responsible for end‑to‑end “Order to Cash” process, via phone, email and e‑commerce.
